RegisterFinancial Trivia: A Virtual Kahoot! Game for Teens and Young Adults
This fun learning activity tests your financial knowledge with a rousing game of Financial Trivia with Kahoot!, a free game-based app. Teens and young adults will compete against each other using their mobile device or tablet to answer questions in real-time, and be guided through different financial topics such as savings and checking accounts, debit cards, loans, and more.
RegisterBite of Reality: A Virtual, Interactive Activity for Teens and Young Adults
This fun, interactive activity teaches how to make smart money decisions, while delivering a taste of living on a budget and real-world realities. Teens and young adults are given a persona: a fictional occupation, salary, credit score, spouse and a child, student loan debt, credit card debt, and medical insurance payments. Then, they are faced with purchasing decisions, such as buying a home, transportation, food, clothing, and other daily needs. Throw in a few challenges along the way, like a pushy car salesperson or unexpected expenses, and things start to get real. They will be faced with weighing wants against needs. Luckily, there’s a credit union to turn to for help.
