  1. Open your Mobile Banking app.
  2. Tap More.
  3. Tap MemberPass.
  4. Toggle the switch.
  5. Provide your name and mobile number.
  6. Review the information displayed is correct.
  7. Tap Confirm Enrollment to finish.

How It Works

  1. You'll receive a push notification to securely confirm your identity and save time whenever you call us. Call us at (800) 462-8328.
  2. When prompted, authenticate using MemberPass.
  3. Select 1 for Yes.
  4. Open your Mobile Banking app.
  5. Complete authentication.
