Member Rewards Redemption Guide

Online Banking:

1. Locate Your Rewards Points from the account dashboard.
2. Click Redeem Points.
3. Select Continue to visit the Member Rewards website.

Mobile Banking:¹

1. Tap on your Rewards Credit Card or Investment Checking account.
2. From the navigation menu, select Redeem Points.
3. Tap Continue to visit the Member Rewards website.

Online Banking:

1. Once you're on Rewards Redemption website, click on Points.
2. Choose the following:
   • Account Number.
   • Period.
   • Month.
3. Click View Statement.
   • Your updated Previous Point Balance, Points Earned, Points Redeemed and the remaining Point Balance populates.

Note: You can view a detailed breakdown of points earned in the Points History.

Mobile Banking:¹

2. Choose the following:
   • Account Number.
   • Period.
   • Month
3. Tap on View Statement.
   • Your updated Previous Point Balance, Points Earned, Points Redeemed and the remaining Point Balance populates.
